Cystic acne treatment and acne scar treatment for black skin

For mild acne the treatment of whiteheads, blackheads and minor pimples usually consists of a cleansing treatment. You will need to cleanse the entire effected area with a mild soap. Once you have cleaned with a mild soap like Neutrogena or dove you will want to apply an over the counter benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid. These products can be found over the counter and mild acne should be able to be successfully treated without prescription medicine. Benzyl peroxide product such as Benxi, Benzac or even Clearasil work by killing the bacteria that causes the acne. This treatment can take one to two months to work. It will not create a natural resistance to the bacteria. Salicylic acid helps prevent the future clogging of pores and also helps breakdown whiteheads and blackheads. This medicine is found in many over the counter products such as Clearasil and Stri-Dex.
The sebum cannot escape gets accumulated below the skin, causing red, painful and inflammatory heads called acne. Situation is aggravated when acne gets infected by bacteria. Sebum production is otherwise natural and normal but is increased in teens due to these hormones. Water takes these hormones away from body with urine and sweat. The more you drink water, the more you urinate and sweat more toxins are removed from the body. Water promotes perspiration which opens the mouth of these sebaceous glands as well as helps remove the blockages thereby helping cure acne again. Some fats are also lost with urine, promoting the healing further. Water also helps clear bowels which indirectly gives relief from acne.
Before we go on to the symptoms of Acne Rosacea, I can't help indulging in a little trivia. One of the most interesting aspects of Acne Rosacea is that it appears to affect mainly white-skinned people of northwestern European descent, so much so that Acne Rosacea was dubbed 'curse of the Celts' in Ireland. The other curious thing about Acne Rosacea is that it seems to affect women more than men, particularly in the 30-60 years age group.
